GK 401 INTRODUCTION TO GREEK

This course introduces the student to the basic Greek morphology (forms) and syntax (grammar/function). The objective is primarily one of recognition, rather than reproduction, of forms and functional categories. This skill level is essential for the effective use of Greek-English tools and an interlinear text (3 credit hours).


GK402 GREEK GRAMMAR

This course is a continuation of Greek 1. The objective is primarily one of recognition, rather than reproduction, of forms and functional categories. This skill level is essential for the effective use of Greek-English tools and an interlinear text (3 credit hours).


GK403 GREEK EXEGESIS

This course applies the skills of Greek grammar and syntax with the principles of hermeneutics to interpret the meaning of the original text (3 credit hours).


GK404 GREEK ELECTIVE

This course applies the culmination of Greek exegetical skills to a single book of scripture to provide grammatical and diagrammatical analysis (3 credit hours).
